Title: Chicken Couscous Skillet

1 lb Chicken breast halves; in cu
- boneless, skinless
2 ts Oil
1 c Carrots; thinly sliced
1 c Green pepper; chopped
1/2 c Couscous; uncooked
Sauce:
1 c Water
1/2 c Thick and chunky salsa
16 oz No-salt-added tomato sauce

In large skillet, brown chicken cubes in oil. Add carrots and
green pepper; cook and stir 2 minutes or until chicken is no longer
pink. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. RAeduce
heat to low; cover and simmer 8 to 12 minutes or until couscous is
tender.
Makes 6 (1-cup) servings. Per serving: 210 calories, 4 grams fat.
